Euro Food Machinery are very proud to offer the “Berief” range of cooking kettles and vessels. Their extensive range of machines include the industry favourite “Kippko” tilting, cooking kettles for the production of high quality soups, stews, vegetables, pasta, cook-in sauces, etc, etc.

KIPPKO

Since its introduction on the market as a universal cooking machine more than 30 years ago, it is hard to imagine the industrial production of ready meals and convenience products without the tilting cooking kettles type KIPPKO.

Due to the heating with steam up to 10 bar, roasting processes can be made in the kettle which give the dish the typical taste. The horizontal agitator system with Teflon® wall scrapers allow an intensive but also gentle stirring process also at low filling degrees of the kettle (for example searing and browning of onions) and eliminates burn-on.

The equipment and options of tilting cooking kettles are individually adapted from a modular system to the requirements of the respective industrial kitchen and the product range.

KIPPKO 400 JUNIOR

The KIPPKO 400 JUNIOR was developed to be able to attract in a more targeted way those very flexible customers working with smaller batches in the sector and to be able to supply the catering sector with this modern technology. The tried and tested, key features of the Tiltable Cooking and Roasting Kettle have been retained in this version as well:

  • Horizontal cylindrical kettle Efficient, channel-shaped heating system
  • Steam heating up to 10 bar
  • Horizontal agitator with Teflon wall scrapers
  • Emptying into 200 litre Euro standard trolley
  • User-friendly touch display

Simplified design and a limited selection of options, including:

Water intake via swing pipe for fast, direct coolingmake the KIPPKO 400 JUNIOR an interesting alternative to established large kitchen and catering technology.

Continuous Steam Tunnel

The steam cooking tunnel is for steaming and (after) cooking rice, meat products, fish, vegetables and other foods used. It is particularly characterized by the following features:

Tiltable frying pan with agitator

Today, you can not imagine a modern industrial kitchen without the tilting frying pan. In the field of food processing, the tilting frying pan which has been developed by Berief especially for industrial use, has maintained its constant position. Ideally suited for roasting meat, cooking and stewing vegetables and other foodstuffs, the tilting frying pan is flexible, especially in the processing of small batches. The pan is equipped with an electrical heating system. The heating bars are mounted inside a double shell which is filled with thermal oil. This allows an even heat distribution and also a high capacity of the heat accumulator which eliminates a drop of temperature in the pan intensifying the roasting process.
