Smoke Generators
This new series are available with a liquid smoke generator. This means less smoke and less tar resulting in a better product, fewer and easier cleaning and better for the environment and the health of your customers. The liquid smoke itself is available in different flavors, so you can choose color and flavor to your own preference.
Completely new is the touch smoke generator. The generator is space saving built into the door. The generator works according to a simple principle. A small piece of wooden is heated on a ceramic plate, thus creating the smoke. The smoke is produced at low temperature and is recirculated. Is the smoke used then we start a new cycle with a fresh block of wood.
Design and implementation
Apart from the modern design, the Spakomat is made from durable materials with the latest welding and insulation technics. Both models are available with fixed wall rails or trolley. When with wall rails, the stick length 70 or 80cm. When with trolley, the length is 10 cm shorter.
The Control
The control is a logical product of the modern era: A color touch screen, which 100 program me can be saved: the TP 7.2. The user simply selects a stored program and start it, after which the control does the rest and gives a signal when the product is ready.

Standard features of the Spakomat are: humidifier by waterinjection, shower and cleaning, stepless ventilation control, automatic electrical powered valves for fresh air and exhaust valve control, chamber and core temperature control and recording capability.

The dimensions for the Spakomat 1180 are 80x74x150cm, smoke stick is 80 cm, 6 layers. The Spakomat 1490 dimensions are 90x74x170cm. Smokestick 90cm. with 7 layers

RK-100W Smoke cabinet
By combining years of experience with current technology and technology, SPAKO has developed a series of smoke boxes for the coloring, drying and smoking of foodstuffs.
These SPAKO smoke cabinets have been successfully used for years in butchers, meat processing companies, farmers and hotels.
Indestructible construction
The door, as well as the inner and outer walls are made of stainless steel and provide energy-saving air insulation. For the air and smoke control there is a adjustable air valve in the door and a smoke discharge valve is installed in the smoke exhaust pipe. Above the moth drawer, an easy-to-clean smoke distributor and grease collection plate, both made of stainless steel, are used. The electrical heater is mounted under the smoke distributor. In the smoke box there is a removable condensate collection tray under the drain, which is very useful.
The smoke box is delivered ready for use with:
- Temperature control with mechanical thermostat.
- Manual burning of the sawdust.
- Honed stainless steel casing and optional marbled casing.
- Door hinge of choice left or right.
- Chromed hinges and locks.
